An aluminium block with 10mm holes at right angles, supplied with a stainless steel shaft 200mmm long. This can be attached to similar blocks and also the mixing block of Thermublast to allow the mixing block to be mounted on a versatile, adjustable rail system to get the nozzle to the optimum position relative to the machine tool. The block also has tapped, m5 holes for clamping the stainless shaft and attaching magnets and additional 4mm fixing holes so it can be screwed down.

32mm magnets to attach the complete Thermublast sytem to the chassis of a machine or to attach the mixing block closer to the tool or the block and shaft assembly carrying the mixing block to the machine.

A membrane button with a 3pin cable(150mm) with M8 plug. This plugs into the M8 sensor input socket in the electronics(LCD) controller. This can be extended by and additional 3m with the addition of a 3m extension cable. The External start/stop button can be used in place of the power button on the LCD controller to start and stop the unit. It is 3 times larger than the button on the lcd controller and so is easier to use and saves pressing the membrane buttin on the controller with potentially wet or dirty hands.

These are the 3 tubes which can be used to attach from the output of the valve block to the mixing block.

The CLEAR tube connects to valve 1(the top valve) and carries to coolant liquid. The BLUE tube connects to valve 2(the middle valve) and carries the air which propels the coolant liquid. The BLACK tube connects to valve 3(the bottom valve) and carries the air which is used exclusively for chip clearing.

If you damage these tubes on Thermublast or wish to extend them then you may wish to purchase new ones and cut them down as required on fitting.

Allows the external start/stop button to be mounted up to 3m from the Thermublast unit.

Allows the LCD electronics controller to be mounted up to 3m from the main Thermublast chassis. This is often desireable on larger machines or centre lathes, where the Thermublast unit is often mounted far from the operating point of the machine.

1L Coolant resevoir with liquid exit tube through cap terminated with brass frit (filter) in resevoir and 4mm push in connector outside of resevoir.

Allows the power supply to be located up to 2m meters further away from the Thermublast unit. Multiple extension cables can be daisy chained to increase even further.

This is a stand to mount the Thermublast LCD controller separately to the main Thermublast chassis with the valve block and resevoir. It consists of an aluminium stand with 2, 32mm magnets on the base and a blank control box on the vertical surface. When mounting the lcd controller on the stand, the blank control box is removed and is exchanged for the Thermublast lcd controller. The blank control box is mounted on the Thermublast chassis in place of the LCD controller and supports the 1L resevoir.

The black powder coated aluminium plate comes with 3, stainless steel bosses attached for locating the Thermublast chassis, quickly and firmly in place. The plate has a number ofholes for use with other accessories such as the ‘Vertical Mill mounting Kit’ and the ‘Lathe mounting kit’ or ‘32mm magnets’ or direct fixing to any machine.

A simple and versatile method of attaching Thermublast to your machine using the 3/4unc eyebolt fixing in the top of the machine casting.
