Precision(Microprocessor controlled) pulsed spray cooling and lubrication plus airblast chip clearing. All without misting or fogging. A low cost, low mess alternative to flood coolant on machine tools such as mills, lathes, grinders, saws and so on.

• Complete system on a powder coated aluminium backplate includes Electronics controller, 1L resevoir for coolant, Valve block and mixing block and dispense nozzle on an adjustable rail.

• Requires only 12V power(power supply provided with Thermublast) and clean, dry air at 2bar(30psi) or above(user provided).

• Can be used with a wide range of aqueous or oil based lubricants.

• Electronics control unit with colour TFT display and membrane keypad to set and store cooling/lubrication and airblast(chip clearing) profiles.

• Coolant profile allows liquid pulses from 0.1sec. to 0.9sec duration and 1 to 9 pulses per cycle.

• Airblast(chip clearing) profile allows airblast pulses from 0.1sec to 0.9sec and 1 to 9 pulses per cycle.

• Separate timer set function to switch unit off automaticallly between 1min and 9hrs59mins.

• Full range of accessories available: remote start/stop button; extension cables; rail and clamp system plus magnets to allow nozzle to be removed from the Thermublast chassis and nearer to the machine tool if necessary.
